- Please Note: personalised items cannot be returned.
- Free Returns for a limited period.
- Items have to be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Please email us at info@kaizarin.com if you are unhappy with your purchase.
- Pack the jewellery into its original packaging and seal securely.
- Return it via courier or tracked delivery.
- A refund will only be given when the jewellery is received and is in its original condition.
